Analysis of Condensation Structure in a YAG Laser Welded Be/Al Alloy

  • 摘要: 采用YAG激光焊接方法,通过控制激光束的能量密度和焊接速度,对铍铝两种几乎完全不相溶的金属进行了焊接并得到了良好的接头组织.焊缝和热影响区的显微组织为典型的铍铝共晶组织.

     

    Abstract: The two completely immiscible metals beryllium and aluminum were welded by controlling the laser beam energy and the welding speed. A satisfactory welding joint microstructure were obtained. The micro-structure of the joint and heated effected zone is typical eutectoid structure.
