提高Nd:YAG固体激光加工系统焊接质量

Investigation on Improving the Welding Quality of an Nd:YAG Laser Manufacture System

  • 摘要: 在使用现有Nd:YAG固体激光加工系统进行激光焊接时,易产生某些加工缺陷.针对这些缺陷的产生机理进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施来避免或减少这些缺陷的产生.实验表明,通过改变激光束的入射角度、增加侧喷嘴喷气保护等改进措施,可以有效地提高焊接质量并延长系统中光学元器件的使用寿命.

     

    Abstract: During the process of laser welding of an existent Nd:YAG laser manufacture system, some shortcomings might happen. The reason for such shortcomings was analyzed and the corresponding measures were proposed to overcome them. Experimental results show that by modifying the incidence angle of the laser beam, adding two side nozzles and so on, the laser welding quality and the life of the optical apparatus could be improved dramatically.
