液体丁氰橡胶及纳米SiO2对环氧树脂的增韧机理

Toughening of epoxy resin by liquid butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber and nano-SiO2 powder

  • 摘要: 采用液体丁氰橡胶及纳米SiO2对环氧树脂进行改性,借助于扫描电镜(SEM)和力学性能测试手段研究了液体丁氰橡胶及纳米SiO2在环氧树脂体系中的形貌及增韧机理.结果表明,液体丁氰橡胶及纳米SiO2对环氧树脂都具备良好的增韧效果.

     

    Abstract: Epoxy resin was modified by liquid butadiene-arylonitrile rubber and nano-SiO2 powder. The morphology of the modified epoxy resin and the toughening mechanism of liquid butadiene-arylonitrile rubber and nano-SiO2 powder were studied by SEM and impact toughness tests. The results show that epoxy resin can be effectively toughened by liquid BN rubber and nano-SiO2 powder.
