宝钢1420冷连轧机边降控制功能的拓展

Development of edge drop control technology for 1420 tandem cold mill

  • 摘要: 为了开发提升1420冷连轧机组的带钢边降控制功能,拓展生产DI材等对边降有特殊要求的高端产品,提出了专门用于控制边降的工作辊辊形设计思路与方法,同时专门针对DI材轧制的板形需求,对连轧机第一机架的板形平坦度控制目标曲线进行了修改完善.实践表明,该方案实现了对该机组边降功能的拓展.

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the capability of strip edge drop control in 1420TCM and develop strip productions such as DI tinplate which demands high quality of edge drop,the special work roll profile and design method were developed,and the parameters of target curve for automatic flatness control in stand 1 were also adjusted.The experimental results show that the capability of edge drop control is improved in 1420TCM.
