多楔同步轧制铁路车轴模具设计关键技术研究

The study on key technology to design multi-wedge dies of rolling railway axles

  • 摘要: 针对车轴多楔模具设计互联因素较多,运用有限元模拟与实验相结合的方法,对多楔内楔实际展宽量及多楔的衔接坡角进行了研究,并提出应用等效应变作为衡量楔横轧轧件表面及内部金属变形的均匀性标准,找到了车轴多楔模具的设计的最佳参数.研究结果为车轴实现以轧代锻提供基础,对优化楔横轧模具具有指导意义.

     

    Abstract: There are many influence factors of designing multi-wedge die.In this paper,the actual spread span of interior wedge and interface angle were studied by experiment and finite element analysis.Meanwhile,a new optimization design method for multi-wedge die was developed.The paper suggests that an effective strain is a standard of judging uniform deformation within multi-wedge rolling.The optimal parameters for the design of railway axles die were obtained.The results have an instructional action for designing multi-wedge die.
