水分及温度对煤吸附甲烷的影响

Effect of moisture and temperature to CH4 adsorption of coal

  • 摘要: 采用煤吸附甲烷参数测定装置,研究了水分及温度对煤吸附甲烷的影响,对完善间接法测定煤层瓦斯含量具有重要意义.对不同变质系列的4种煤样,进行了干燥和不同水分条件下的等温吸附实验.结果表明Langmuir吸附模型拟合精度最高,并得到水分对吸附影响的校正公式.不同温度下的等温吸附实验表明,随着温度的升高,煤吸附甲烷量减小,但变化趋势并不明显.研究得到了实验测定甲烷含量的校正公式及其相对误差.

     

    Abstract: Adopting the parameters measure equipment for CH4 adsorption of coal,the effects of moisture and temperature to CH4 adsorption of coal were studied.The results have important meaning to perfecting indirect methods for measuring the gas quantity absorbed in coal.Using four coal samples at different metamorphic stages,isothermal adsorption experiments at dryness and different moistures were carried out.The fit precision of Langmuir adsorption model is best.The emendation equation for moisture effects on adsorption was gained.The results of isothermal adsorption experiment at different temperatures showed that the adsorptive capacity of coal decreases with increasing temperature,but the change is not obvious.The emendation equation and its relative error for measuring the gas quantity of coal at laboratory were gained.
