热轧立轧小柔度板坯允许轧制压力的研究和应用

Allowable rolling pressure for small-flexibility slab edging

  • 摘要: 为解决板坯调宽立轧过程中常出现弯曲失稳问题,寻求实现稳定轧制的立轧允许轧制压力值,对热轧立轧小柔度板坯稳定轧制的允许轧制压力进行了研究,推导并建立了立轧小柔度板坯允许轧制压力的计算公式.实验和应用结果表明,对于处在小柔度范围内(10<B/H<25)的板坯,公式计算值与实验结果相吻合.

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of bending instability during slab edging,allowable rolling pressure for small-flexibility slab edging was investigated to realize slabs' stable rolling.A formula was deduced for calculating the allowable rolling pressure.Experimental and application results show that for a slab in a small flexibility range(10〈B/H〈25),the calculated values by the proposed formula are in agreement with the experimental results.
