Control of TiN inclusion precipitation in bearing steel

  • 摘要: 通过对轴承钢中TiN夹杂析出的理论分析,得到不同凝固率下TiN夹杂析出溶解度饱和线,据此提出防止TiN夹杂析出的Ti、N控制范围,同时提出了生产过程中Ti、N的控制措施.

     

    Abstract: Based on the theoretical analysis of TiN inclusion precipitation in bearing steel, the saturation solubility curves of TiN inclusion precipitation under different solidification rates was calculated. The control range forTi andN is proposed to prevent TiN inclusion precipitation, and control measures forTi andN are raised in the production process.
