A36和45A钢LF精炼过程效果分析

Effect analysis of the LF refining process for A36 and 45A

  • 摘要: 通过LF精炼生产A36和45A钢,分析了精炼碱度(R)和(FeO+MnO)含量对脱氧的影响,以及精炼碱度(R)和(FeO)含量对脱硫的影响,研究得到脱硫率分别为61.3%和64.3%.同时,对精炼过程中P、H、N含量的变化规律进行了分析,结果表明金相夹杂物去除率平均值为70.27%,最高值为85.62%.

     

    Abstract: The effects of basicity (R) and the (FeO+MnO) content of the refining slag on the deoxidation of A36 and 45A steels were investigated during the refining process, and the influences of basicity (R) and the (FeO) content of the slag on desulfurization were also analyzed. The results show that the desulfurization efficiencies are increased to 61.3% and 64.3%, respectively. In addition, the changes ofP,H, andN contents were studied. And the results show that the average removal rate of inclusions is 70.27%, and the maximum is 85.62%.
