长压短抽式通风综掘工作面粉尘分布规律的数值模拟

Numerical simulations of dust distribution in a fully mechanized excavation face with far-pressing-near-absorption ventilation

  • 摘要: 以平煤集团十一矿综掘工作面为研究背景,根据经验和实际情况,确定了与掘进机相配套的长压短抽式通风除尘系统.运用数值分析和现场测试相结合的方法,对综掘工作面粉尘分布规律进行了研究.基于GAMBIT技术建立工作面的几何模型,应用计算流体力学FLUENT软件对该工作面应用长压短抽式通风除尘系统前后的粉尘分布进行数值模拟.数值模拟结果与现场粉尘质量浓度测试结果相近.结果表明,采用长压短抽式通风除尘系统除尘效率达95%以上,可使综掘工作面的粉尘质量浓度接近或达到1.0×10-5kg·m-3.

     

    Abstract: Based on experience and actual situation, a far-pressing-near-absorption (FPNA) ventilation system which matches with heading machines was determined with a fully mechanized excavation face in Mine 11 of Pingmei Group as the research back-ground. Dust distributions in a fully mechanized excavation face were studied by numerical simulations and in situ measurements. A geometric model of the face was built with GAMBIT technology, and dust distributions before and after applying the ventilation system were respectively simulated using computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT. The simulation results of dust mass concentration are in agreement with the in situ measurement data. It is shown that the dust collection efficiency is more than 95% with the use of the ventilation system and the dust mass concentrations in the excavation face meet with or come close to 1.0×10-5 kg·m-3.
