炼钢过程中煤气预测及优化系统

Gas prediction and optimization system in steelmaking

  • 摘要: 利用灰色关联度分析方法,研究了与石钢煤气发生、消耗相关联的因素,根据煤气发生、消耗量与其相关影响因素间的关系建立了石钢煤气预测模型,并在此基础上开发了石钢煤气优化系统,实现了煤气资源的合理利用与分配.

     

    Abstract: Factors associated with the generation and consumption volume of coal gas in steelmaking were studied through the gray correlation analysis method. A forecasting model of coal gas was established on the basis of the relationship of Shisteel's generation and consumption volume of coal gas with related influencing factors. An optimization system of coal gas was developed for realizing a rational application and distribution of coal gas.
