基于动态测氢法的铝含氢量快速检测系统研制

Development of a system for fast measuring hydrogen content in aluminum alloy melt based on dynamic measurement of hydrogen partial pressure

  • 摘要: 以氢分压动态检测方法为基本原理,以西华特定律为含氢量计算公式的基本模型,研制了由真空变容单元、变容驱动单元和数据采集与处理单元构成的铝合金熔体含氢量快速检测系统.通过实时监测真空室实际压强和动态计算的理论压强以及二者的差值,快速获得熔体氢分压,利用经验公式计算熔体含氢量,不仅测试速度快、测试准确,而且具有操作简单和测试成本低的显著特点.

     

    Abstract: A system for fast measuring hydrogen content in aluminum alloy melt was developed based on dynamic measurement of hydrogen partial pressure and Sieviet's law. The system consists of a changing volume vacuum chamber unit, a changing volume driven unit and a data acquisition and processing unit. The hydrogen content in aluminum alloy melt was gotten by monitoring the real pressure and computing the theoretical pressure in the vacuum chamber, calculating the difference between the two pressures, finding the hydrogen partial pressure, and using the empirical formula. The system is fast and accurate in testing, simple in operating, and low in testing cost.
