The Dynamics of Mold Oscillation Mechanism for Continuous Caster

To treat the mold oscillation mechanism of the caster, numeral calculation on system mode parameters- all orders of frequency and main mode shapes are proceed with QR method basing on the dynamic analysis model of concentrated parameters multiple system; as well as the system oscillation response is studied using systematic simulation program. In order to assure the accuracy of analytical results the calculation on the system mode parameters are completed by means of finite elements structure analytic program SAP6.
