Finite Element Model of Axial Force of Rolls under Non-Symmetry Rolling——Study on the Axial Mechanical Behavior of 4一Hi Strip Mills(II)

  • In order to get the characteristics of roll systems,the variable rigidity elastic basis beam three dimensional finite element model is established. Using this model,the vertical and axial characters of roll systems,both in symmetry and non-symmetry rolling conditions with parallel and intersection roll states etc can be studied. Also the charaters of roll systems of some special rolling mills,such as PC,CVC and HC mills can be investigated.
