In this paper, systemic analysis on process of steelmaking in UHP-EAF was done by the method of "Black Box". With BASIC and DBASE algorithmic language,a computer sofeware of steelmaking in EAF has been developed according to the mathematical models, which based on the mass and thermal equilibrium as well as the chemical balance.
