Using laboratory apparatus for high speed electroplating,the influences of addition of SiO2 in the bath and cathodic current density on the SiO2 content in coating,surface morphology of coating as well as the structure of coating are investigated.The ideal addition of SiO2 and cathodic current density is determined.
