Kinetics of Vacuum Denitrogenation from Steel Using Fluxes
Under vacuum or vacuum argon blowing conditions,the influences of CaO-BaO-Al2O3-TiO2 and CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-CaF2 slags on denitrogenation from steel were investigated.It is found that slags decrease the rate of vacuum denitrogenation and vacuum argon blowing decreases the denitrogenation resistance of slags.
