Impact of Stock Designing on Stock Market

Based on the analysis of existing problems of stock designing, the suggestionis raised that the transaction in stock market of state stocks, legal entity stocks,for the combination of A and B stocks. And it is argued that firms, which will list their stocks in stock market, should issue only common stocks and/or preferred stocks without the difference of state stocks, legal entity stocks and public stocks.
