Emphasis of the Thought of Kungtuz's Humanity on Construction of Enterprise

Considering Kungtuz's thought the way of constructing enterprise culture is discussed in this paper. Further more the way of constructing enterprise culture is also discussed in the view of improving the staff's ability, making managers play important role and create reasonable rule.
