Dielectric Loss of BMN/BZN-doping Industrial BaTiO₃ Ceramics

The complex perovskite compound Ba(Mg_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃(BMN), Ba(Zn_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃(BZN) are prepared by solid-state reaction.Doped into industrial BaTiO₃, they can improve the loss quality.Results obtained here confirm that the ceramics about 90% of the theoreical density is achieved after sintering at 1 300-1 400℃.Dieletrics resonator measurements show that dielectric loss extremal reducement corresponds with frequencies increasing from 1 kHz to 1 000 kHz.
