Experimental Study on PSA Air Separation for Miniature Oxygen Concentrator

  • The effects of some main factors on the process of PSA air separation for miniature oxygen concentrator are studied experimentally. Under the experimental conditions, the ratio of oxygen generation rate to air flow rate is about 15 to 18, the recovery about 25% to 30%. The relationship between the amount of molecular sieve and the rate of oxygen generation is linear basically. There is an optimal adsorption time for a given system. The oxygen content increases as the ratio of height to diameter of adsorption cylinder increases.
