Abstract
The synthesize BBr3 by way of boron bromination was introduced. In preparation of element boron, B203 was reduced by Mg element, the preparated method is more facile to handle and has higher productivity compared with other methods. It is found that polyfluortetraethylene pipes are more resistence to corrosion of bromine and boron bromide at high temperatures. The condensation of high-temperature BBr3 gas can be carried out by use of ice-salt bath.
