To meet characteristics of collaboration service's structural relationship, a collaborative service model was studied, which is divided into internal and external service models. This method can well protect collaboration service insider information. Severn equivalent simplification theorems of typical collaboration e-commerce service modes based on Stochastic Petri-net and their verification are provided. This method was applied to e-commerce order process analysis, and numerical results show effective.
