  • Based on the theoretical analysis of TiN inclusion precipitation in bearing steel, the saturation solubility curves of TiN inclusion precipitation under different solidification rates was calculated. The control range forTi andN is proposed to prevent TiN inclusion precipitation, and control measures forTi andN are raised in the production process.
